The Great Bulkathon Ongoing In years past, volunteers have cleared Walnut Hills' alleys of bulk waste with the help of trucks provided by the City of Dayton. This year, we're asking our neighbors to take matters into their own hands by calling in bulk waste to the City's office of Public Works at (937) 333-4800. Simply report the address and whether the waste is on the alley side or the curb side, it's that easy. Take control of your alley!
